Delete your account
Our games have no sign-up and no password. Where an app has a global leaderboard it creates an anonymous account for you in the background, and that account is the only thing we hold — a generated player name and the scores posted from your device. Everything else lives on the device itself.
Use this form to have that account and its scores removed. If the app you are asking about has no leaderboard, there is nothing on our servers to delete: uninstalling it removes everything it ever stored.
What we delete
- The anonymous account, and our record that it ever existed
- Its generated player name
- Every score posted from it, on every board
It is done within 30 days, and it cannot be undone — a deleted score cannot be put back on a board. Anonymous usage and crash statistics are not tied to your account and are not covered by this request; they are described in the privacy policy.
